Orders & Shipping
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 in the Helsinki metropolitan area. For other parts of Finland, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over 50€. For orders under 50€, a flat rate of 9.90€ applies.
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our logistics partner (Posti or Matkahuolto).
Products & Quality
Yes, we source directly from reputable manufacturers in Asia to ensure 100% authenticity. We regularly visit our suppliers to verify quality standards.
Many of our rice and noodle products are naturally gluten-free. Please check the 'Ingredients' tab on each product page for detailed allergen information.
We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 3 months for all dry goods shipped, though typically it is much longer. Fresh items are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging.
Returns & Refunds
You can return unopened non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us immediately.
Please take a photo of the damaged item and contact our support team at tuki@globexa.fi within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement immediately.
